Olivia Fink

Olivia G. Fink is an interdisciplinary artist. She lives and was raised in Colorado, currently teaching elementary art for Denver Public Schools. A graduate from University of Northern Colorado, she has a BA in Studio Art with an emphasis in sculpture & digital fabrication, a BA in K-12 Art Education, and an Arts Entrepreneurship Certificate.

My artistic process is largely experimental, exploring a variety of sculptural and two-dimensional media. I am interested in the duality of our environment, the relationship we have to the natural, the handmade versus the machine-made, fabricated, and constructed objects around us. How are we affected by the artificial, manufactured material substances we are surrounded with? What is our relationship to the natural world and to our modified, fabricated spaces now?
