Founded November 2021, the Chameleon Art Collective collaborates, educates, and inspires positive transformation in our communities. We are a dedicated group of teaching artists who create, experience & exhibit art while supporting each other.

The Chameleon Collective is a working group of art teachers and students majoring in art. We operate out of Blue Tile Gallery & Art Space. We meet monthly in order to plan and accomplish goals. We regularly create bodies of collaborative artwork for exhibitions. For our collaborative artworks, each artist will begin an artwork based on an agreed upon theme. We then rotate the artworks amongst other members while having frequent critical discussions regarding the direction and intention of each work. During the process, we learn how to let go of our individual art practices and merge our media, concepts, and techniques into one entity.
